Police say the woman was arrested. The man wasn't taken into custody.
According to investigators, the man and woman gave vastly different accounts of what happened. The case is under investigation and prosecutors will determine any possible charges.

Longtime Hip Hop executive Chris Lighty has died. News broke today (August 30) first on Twitter and then confirmed on VIBE.com that the Bronx, New York native and founder of Violator Entertainment died from an alleged suicide. Details are still emerging.
Lighty was integral to the careers of 50 Cent, Busta Rhymes, N.O.R.E., Diamond D, and many others. After growing up under the tutelage of Hip Hop icons like DJ Red Alert, Lighty began working professional at Russell Simmons' RUSH Management firm in the late 1980s, where he helped work with Def Jam Records artists and others in securing endorsement deals and touring.
A part of the Native Tongues at the turn of the decade, Lighty and his brother as The Violators, helped the movement alongside A Tribe Called Quest and De La Soul.
The Violator name carried on in the late 1990s and 2000s, when Lighty launched his own firm. The management company handled clients ranging from Diamond D and Foxy Brown to Busta Rhymes and Q-Tip. In recent years, Lighty was working on Brand Asset Group with Lyor Cohen, his longtime associate and friend, and Warner Music Group. Last September, Violator merged with Primary Wave to form powerhouse management company Primary Violator.
N.O.R.E. mourned the passing on Twitter, saying, "I will be a Violator for life 4ever."
UPDATE: The New York Daily News confirms that Lighty was found dead at his apartment in Bronx, New York this morning at 11:30 am EST. He was shot in the head in what arriving officers reported was self-inflicted. Police officials also told the newspaper that Lighty, 44 years old, was newly divorced and owed the IRS several million dollars.

Stevie J. did a recent interview with Bootleg Kev where he spoke openly about his professional ventures as well as his personal life behind closed doors and away from the reality TV cameras. One topic that came up was his love life with the gorgeous Joseline Hernandez. When asked about their steamy romance, Stevie actually stated that he and Joseline may be releasing an explicit video guide on love making for couples to purchase. On top of that, he also said that he would release a book first which will be a kind of "players manual". He described the book as being "Just the way players play. A manual for the ladies and a manual for the gentlemen with my perspective on how to handle things."
He then spoke on the potential love video and his other business ideas.
"Yeah we might be doing the lovemaking guide, we got the book coming, the t-shirts coming. We got the music coming, we got Taryn Grant, Eddie Rap Life, the Stevie J project, BBOD, and Young Gavin — we just working."
Pastor Craig Lamar Davis looks like any other healthy, happy, heterosexual pastor with good family values. He was once a preacher at the Full Gospel Baptist Church in Atlanta and a pillar of leadership in the community. Also, like a lot of men at the front of the church, the pastor had a thing for the ladies.
Another thing you might want to know about Davis, according to authorities, is that the pastor is HIV positive. He also didn’t seem to care who else became HIV positive after he slept with them.
The pastor was arrested for reckless conduct after police found that he was sleeping with several women with whom he was not married. A woman by the name of Ronita McAfee says that she met the pastor on Facebook and began sleeping with him.
Ronita says that she became concerned when one of the pastor’s ex-girlfriends called her to say that she had HIV. She claims that the pastor then counseled her (presumably leaning on the word of the good “lawud”) and told her to get tested. Davis then says that she noticed that the pastor himself was not interested in getting tested, even though she had also contracted HIV. This is what prompted her to seek out a warrant for his arrest.
Ronita is, by our best guess, the first person to file for the arrest of someone who was found to maliciously spread HIV in Clayton, County, GA. When the investigation began, another woman in the church leadership stepped forward with her confession about interacting with Davis. The woman even claimed that she’d been celibate for 15 years before meeting him. She too is HIV positive.
Ladies, please take a good look at this man, because the fact is that you probably know him. He’s the nice, smooth, good-looking man that makes you want to get naked on the third or fourth date. You trust him because you’ve been raised to believe that a man of God would never hurt you. In fact, he might be the man that your church has had you waiting for because he too is grounded in the belief system that you’ve deemed to be a requirement for any man with whom you choose to share your body. He knows how to get into your head, because he knows that one defining characteristic of nearly every black woman in America is her deep and unshakable commitment to the church.
As a man who’s written extensively about other sad creatures like Bishop Eddie Long (who also hails from Atlanta, aka the bible-thumping Sodom and Gomorrah), I find Pastor Davis’ case remarkable for several reasons:
First, the courage of these women to step out and publicly reveal the pastor’s deception has saved lives. I wish there were a day where every 30 and 40-something year old black woman who has caught HIV, Herpes, Syphilis or some other disease would speak out about what happened to them, so that younger women don’t end up falling into the same trap. Countless women have died from catching something that their man brought home to them after fulfilling his “interpersonal needs” someplace else. Unfortunately, the relentless shame thrust upon “the good Christian girl” with a venereal disease keeps many of these stories from ever being told.
Secondly, the pastor’s denial of his condition and unwillingness to go to the doctor is quite common. Many women are accustomed to getting regular STD screenings as part of their annual checkup. Men are not raised in the same way. There are men I know who sleep with literally dozens of women every single year and haven’t been to the doctor since MC Hammer had a hit record. Even worse, many women don’t ask and certainly don’t confirm the man’s HIV status as much as they check the size of his bank account or the magnitude of his “swag” factor. The fact is that if you think he’s got swag, then a lot of other women do too.
Men like Pastor Davis are allowed to prey on unsuspecting women for at least three reasons:
1) Many women value style over substance – if you look good, then you must be good. Mind you, men make the same mistake, since they falsely believe that when a pretty girl offers you sex, you’re supposed to take it.
2) Many women falsely believe that men who go to church are better than men who don’t. Bishop Eddie Long should help you to know better than that. Unfortunately, people consider each case of a pastor doing dirt to be an exception to the rule, without realizing that there are men like Davis all over the country. Davis is not the man you need to fear; actually, you need to fear all the Craig Davises that you still don’t know about.
3) Many women don’t ask questions and will gladly sleep with a handsome playboy without checking and confirming his STD status. If he doesn’t mention the other women he slept with before he came to her house, it’s as if those women don’t even exist. Even worse is that the fixation on HIV leads us to forget about how many women have had their wombs corrupted from all the other STDs that you can get besides HIV. Many people will brag about having a negative HIV test, but won’t get a full STD screening from the doctor – a researcher in Philadelphia told me that he randomly tested 20 men in an inner city barbershop and found that over half of them had Chlamydia.
What’s the result of the aforementioned factors all coming together, conjoined with intense denial in the black church and a commercialized hip-hop culture where both men and women glorify female degradation and irresponsible hyper-sexuality? An HIV explosion like you would not believe. So, every time you hear about folks going from one relationship to the next or the man with five babies with four different women, just remember that, while all this is happening, viruses, germs and bacteria are being shared with every romantic interaction. Even worse, because the men aren’t getting their reality checks from the doctor, it’s all “out of sight, out of mind.”
State Troopers discovered prescription pills and codeine syrup on his person.
Beanie Sigel was arrested earlier this morning following a traffic stop on Interstate 95 in Delaware County in Pennsylvania.
According to ABC Local, the former Roc-A-Fella rapper was stopped around 3:15 a.m. after State Troopers noticed a tan Ford Fusion swerving out of its lane and tailgating another car. The Troopers pulled the car over and ordered the driver, Gerald Andrews, out of the vehicle. A check for weapons turned up several prescription bottles and a small amount of marijuana.
Meanwhile, Sigel was sitting in the passenger seat. Troopers performed a search on him and found $4,650 in cash, a bottle of codeine syrup with a scratched off label and several prescription pills wrapped in plastic bags located in a cigarette pack.
During the search, Troopers also found a firearm in the center console. Both Sigel and Andrews are convicted felons and are not permitted to carry any guns.
Both men were detained and brought to Pennsylvania State Police barracks in Media to be processed and arraigned.
Sigel is scheduled to serve two years in prison for failing to pay more than $728,000 in federal income taxes since 1999. He will report to jail on September 12th.
UPDATE: Ruffhouse Records, which released Beanie Sigel's This Time yesterday, has issued a statement regarding his arrest earlier today. "Obviously, were very disappointed, said Chris Schwartz, CEO of Ruffhouse Records. However, Beanie has done nothing but display the utmost professionalism in all the initiatives related to the promotion of his new release. Beanie obviously has been struggling with some personal issues, and we continue to support him now and throughout his impending incarceration..

Just days ago LL Cool J laid a serious beat down on 56-year-old Jonathan A. Kirby, who broke into his Sherman Oaks, California mansion. As Kirby is still recovering in the hospital from the UFC worthy beating LL dished out on him - he suffered a broken nose, broken jaw, and broken ribs from the fight - news has broken that he is in fact been identified as a 3rd strike offender by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office and faces up to 38 years to life in prison.
He has an extensive background of criminal history which landed Kirby in prison for five years for burglary in the 1990s and three years in prison for petty theft in 2005. He also has been arrested for other charges such as fighting, disorderly conduct, and drug related crimes. The prosecutors working the case have requested that the judge set a huge bail of $1.1 million in order for Kirby to be allowed to be released once he goes to jail after he recovers fully.
An X-rated film star in Los Angeles admits he contracted syphilis and doctored his test results, just before an STD scare temporarily shut down the porn industry.
The porn actor, who uses the name Mr. Marcus, told trade journal Adult Video News (AVN) he went to his personal doctor when he felt sick on July 11. The doctor ran tests, and the next day learned Mr. Marcus tested positive for syphilis. The following day, he was given a penicillin shot and told to abstain from sex.
“My personal doctor doesn’t know what I do for a living,” Mr. Marcus told the website. “So his thing was just don’t have any sex for 7-10 days. Once I did that shot I felt pretty confident. Every doctor I talked to up to that point said, ‘You get the shot. That’s it.’”
Although subsequent testing showed syphilis was still in his system, 11 days after he received treatment, on July 24, Mr. Marcus shot a sex scene. He says the producer didn’t check his name in the Talent Testing Service (TTS) database, only asked to see a physical proof of his test results.
Mr. Marcus showed the producer a copy on his cell phone, but admits he hid the part that showed he had tested positive for syphilis.
“I showed that my HIV was clear, my gonorrhea and chlamydia were fine,” he told AVN. “You didn’t see the syphilis part of the test because of the way I showed it.”
Mr. Marcus says he doesn’t think he did anything wrong — even though he had a sexually transmitted disease when he had sex with other performers.
“I don’t feel that was a mistake,” he said. “I was treated. I allowed the medicine to take effect, and I wanted to proceed as normal. I wanted to go back to work as usual.”
Mr. Marcus also admits he doctored test results he received from TTS to give to his “Blazing Bucks” director. The director thought the test looked suspicious, prompting an investigation into Mr. Marcus’ health.
“I tried to cover it up,” he told AVN. “I didn’t want to have to share that part because it was like the Scarlet Letter. Because then it’s like Mr. Marcus, syphilis?”
He says he came clean after reports surfaced this week of a syphilis outbreak among porn performers, prompting a 10-day halt in filming so more than 1,000 actors could get tested.
All of Mr. Marcus partners have tested negative for syphilis, but the AP reports there are at least nine other cases of syphilis.

Three Delaware day care employees have been accused of encouraging toddlers to fight each other while the children were under their care.
CBS Philly reported that Tiana Harris, 19, Lisa Parker, 47, and Estefania Myers, 21, employees of the Hands of Our Future Daycare in Dover, were arrested after a cellphone video emerged of them allegedly encouraging two 3-year-olds to fight in an organized battle.
Police said in the video one child is heard yelling, "He’s pinching me!" A day care worker allegedly responded, "No pinching, only punching."
"It was a difficult video to watch," Dover Police Capt. Tim Stump told FoxNews.com. "One of the kids involved ran over to one of the adults for protection, but she turned him around back into the fight."
The video was taken in March, Stump said. Two of the suspects could be seen encouraging the fight, while the other filmed it with her cellphone camera, he said.
Stump said neither of the toddlers suffered serious injuries, but said it was "painfully clear that they were hurting each other."
"The bottom line is that the kids were whaling on each other and the adults were doing nothing to stop it," Stump said. "In fact, they were egging it on."
Parents of day care students went to a meeting Monday and were informed about the alleged video. Stump said the parents voiced concern, but commended them for their composure.
"It's very disturbing to think anything like that could go on," Amy Bickerling, whose 4-year-old son is enrolled at the center, told Delaware Online. "I know these teachers. I go on all the field trips. I've never seen anything irregular."
Stump said a full investigation is under way. There is no evidence yet to suggest these fights occurred more than once, but authorities will be conducting interviews with some of the students, he said.
He called the suspects "cooperative" and said they posted $10,000 bond.
The three women were charged with assault, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangering and conspiracy.
Chris Tucker stopped by the Tom Joyner Morning Show on Friday to talk his IRS troubles (at length), getting back to doing stand-up and upcoming movie roles. Chris says he doesn’t “think it would be as special” to do another Friday movie, which seems a bit odd since he’s done 50-11 Rush Hour movies already with another possibly on its way. That’s like a prostitute who makes her boyfriend wait before giving up the cookies. Anyway, his denial somewhat contradicts early reports that had our hopes up.
Don't half step with Hova's food. Jay-Z is suing his former personal chef, reports the New York Post. Actually, the 40/40 Club filed a filed a federal lawsuit against Mike Shand, who was in charge of the high end sports bar's kitchen. Before getting the promotion, Shand cooked meals for Jay-Z and his wife Beyoncé while they were on tour. However, the suit alleges that Shand "failed to perform on significant aspects" when it came to his task of improving 40/40's menu after its well touted reopening in January 2012.
Because of this, Jay-Z and his partner Juan Perez claim they lost money as well as customers. Shand currently resides in California and is reportedly unsure as to why he is getting sued. After its initial grand reopening, that included a remodel priced at $10 million, 40/40 got off to a shaky start since it was shut down for about a day due to health-code violations that turned out to be because of a faulty refrigerator.
Jay-Z, who is a minority owner of the Brooklyn Nets, will be opening up a 40/40 Club in the team's new Barclays Center home.

In a story that appeared on Wednesday's front page some residents of the Iberville public housing development talked about their fears that today's scheduled implosion of the nearby Pallas Hotel will make them sick or aggravate the asthma or other respiratory problems they already have. The 17-story hotel is being brought down to make room for the University Medical Center the state is building.
Concerns about airborne particles prompted state officials to offer hotel rooms for residents who live within a 600-foot radius of the demolition site, but the Pallas Hotel and Iberville are separated by 725 feet. So, before Wednesday at least, there was nothing special being planned for folks in the 400-apartment complex. The state's plan was reminiscent of the good old days in Louisiana when at some restaurants there'd be nothing but open air separating the non-smoking section from the smoking one.
But forget about the residents' health worries. Some readers were more worked up over a Rusty Costanza photograph that accompanied Wednesday's story. He showed an 8-year-old boy at the development busying himself with an iPad. That's a relatively expensive piece of technology. Predictably, outrage ensued.
Readers called and emailed reporter Katy Reckdahl to express their anger. One less caustic correspondent was clearly worried at what the reporter might think of him for raising the issue: "Not to rush to comment. I hope this is nothing more than someone gave him the iPad as a gift and he is using it for educational means or just playing games ... I hope I am not over thinking this. I am not prejudice (sic) -- this just did not look right."
I imagine that at some point or another all of us who aren't poor have decided which items poor folks, especially those on government assistance, should be allowed to have. And which items they should be denied. Fancy rims have been known to set me off. Maybe for you it's gold teeth, Air Jordans, the latest mobile phone. City Councilwoman Stacy Head used her taxpayer-funded phone to send an outraged email when she saw a woman using food stamps to buy Rice Krispies treats. What right do the poor have to sweetness?
I could try to defend myself and say that I think it's ridiculous for anybody in any income bracket to buy rims, but that's rather beside the point. I'm not my best self when I'm sitting in judgment and managing other people's money, and I doubt you're at your best when you do.
The idea that most people in public housing are living the lush life has persisted for at least as long as presidential candidate Ronald Reagan started using the offensive "welfare queen." But you ought to take a walk through the Iberville if you think its residents are living like royalty. Walk through and see if you'd exchange their thrones for yours.
The sight of a kid in public housing with an iPad doesn't offend me. Actually it gives me hope. So many poor people have no access to the digital world. They fall behind in school because of it. They miss the opportunity to apply for certain jobs. Yes an iPad is an expensive gadget, but we can't deny its usefulness. As computers go, an iPad comes cheaper than most laptops and desktops.
It might help to think of poor people as being as fully human as everybody else and as no more or less flawed. But if we are to believe a voicemail left for Reckdahl, they're lazy and litigious, just bad people through and through: "I think you missed the point ... that in the Iberville projects, the able-bodied welfare recipients that infest that place are waiting in line for (personal injury attorney) Morris Bart and this implosion to go hit the taxpayer once again, so you watch and see what happens, and of course you'll see I'm right.
"They need somebody to come in there and pick 'em up by limousine and take 'em to the Windsor Court or something like that. And they're still gonna sue anyway. Cuz that's what they do."
Note the use of the verb "infest." Some folks don't even think of the poor as people. They think of them as bugs.
In the September 2012 issue of XXL magazine wrestling legend Ric Flair is interviewed by his biggest hip-hop fan, Killer Mike. In the QnA Mike Bigga shares his grappling knowledge and puts Flair up on his song named after him.
Killer Mike: I made a song called “Ric Flair” last year. Were you aware of that?
Ric Flair: Yes…but I never got a check.
Killer Mike: I’d love to give you a check. You come down to Atlanta or I’ll come up to Charlotte and we’ll shoot the video.
Ric Flair: That’s fine. Bring your checkbook with you.
Killer Mike: There’s also a rapper by the name of Pusha T who does your classic “Wooo!”
Rick Flair: I haven’t got a check from him, either. We got that trademarked. Tell him I’ll be looking for him.
Pusha shouts out Ric Flair on “New God Flow.” We’re not sure if Rick is being serious or not but Pusha doesn’t want to be on that man’s bad side.
Missy Elliott says she was never informed about a posthumous Aaliyah album. The singer/rapper/producer has been silent while Drake, Timbaland, and members of Aaliyah's family spoke out about the project—until now.
Elliott responded to a fan's tweet congratulating her on her involvement in the album with pure confusion. “I had no clue there was one, no 1 told me,” she replied, before deleting the post all together.
As previously reported, Jomo Hankerson who runs Blackground Records, and is also Aaliyah's cousin, confirmed that Drake and Noah “40” Shebib will executive producer the release, which will feature more than a dozen songs from the late singer. Initially, Hankerson said that he and his father, Barry, were helming the project, before changing his story. He also made it clear that Timbaland will be involved, but apparently forgot to reach to Elliott.
Last week rumors began to swirl that Drake approached Aaliyah's estate to get his hands on her music. He released the song “Enough Said,” over the weekend, and during an interview with Much Music explained why he wanted to get involved. “It's not about me, it's not about 40, it's really about her and her fans, and us getting the opportunity to give you something that we feel is great,” he said.
Timbaland also weighed in on the matter asking that Drake not go forward with the release without his and Elliott's input.
With all the confusion, and ever-changing stories, it's hard to figure exactly which account is accurate. If nothing else, all this chatter is only upping the level of anticipation behind the release.
One academic is proposing a cure for morning sickness that some moms-to-be might find in bad taste — sperm.
Gordon Gallup, a psychologist at SUNY-Albany has a theory that pregnant women who are continually exposed to the father’s semen are less like to suffer from AM nausea.
Gallup, who specializes in human reproductive competition and behavior, offers the theory that expectant women become ill and vomit because their bodies are rejecting the semen’s genetic material as something foreign and unfamiliar.
The theory could feasibly quell their queasiness by ingesting the same sperm in order to allow the body to build up a tolerance.
The idea, while likely appealing to dads, is only a theory and has yet to be tested.
The concept, presented at the 2012 Northeastern Evolutionary Psychology Society, also proposed that morning sickness would actually ebb in subsequent pregnancies — if the second child was of the same paternity as the first.
In 2000, immunologists proposed that pregnant women who suffered from preeclampsia, a dangerous condition that can cause high blood pressure and early labor, suffered a lack of tolerance to the foreign properties of the fetus.
Dr. Alyssa Dweck, an ob-gyn based in Mount Kisco, NYand co-author of “V is for Vagina” called the concept of linking immunity with conditions associated with pregnancy “very interesting.”
After all, she said, there’s no medical rhyme or reason to morning sickness.
“The accepted literature links it to possible blood sugar or hormonse imbalances,” she said. “Acid buildup may also cause the feelings of nausea.”
However, due to the lack of conclusive findings on the topic, she said wouldn’t consider recommending oral sex as a morning-sickness cure to her patients.
Gallup has long been making headlines as a proponent of the healing nature of sperm.
In 2002, he made waves when he concluded that exposure to semen offered anti-depressant qualities.
So much for that $1.1 million dollar deal, it seems that the Cleveland kid name, Machine Gun Kelly, is living his manager’s mom’s basement. The Bad Boy MC isn’t doing great on the road either. It seems that his career is waiting for a break out single. His new mix tape drops August 14th.

Sarah Howell of Killeen, TX, was charged with assault with bodily injury after wielding a stripper pole against her boyfriend, slapping him, and dousing him with hot cooking oil.
Police responded to a domestic disturbance call and found a man covered in scratches and sweat, and Howell crying in her bedroom. She claimed that her boyfriend had attacked her, but he was wise enough to record her beating him down and pouring cooking oil on him with his phone. He was forced to flee when she charged him with a pink steel stripper pole.
Howell has been arrested several times, including a 2010 arrest when she assaulted her boyfriend with a gardening tool. It's unknown whether or not this is the same dude, but her history of violence is going to interrupt her love life.
Harrisburg police arrested a man they say prowled the bar scene, looking for victims to satisfy an insatiable appetite for sex in an unusual way.
Police say Dajuan Porter performed oral sex on unsuspecting men while they slept.
Wednesday night, one man tells only CBS 21 News about the night he found Porter on top of him...
Dajuan Porter is known for DJing around Downtown Harrisburg. In recent months he became notorious for assaulting men when they least suspected it.
In May of 2011 a man reported to police a man climbed up his fire escape, broke in and began performing oral sex on him. That is the first of three charges that police announced Wednesday.
The next two cases came a year later, in that case both victims reported they woke to Porter performing oral sex on them and they knew him. The assaults in those two cases happened after a night of partying.
“He actually tried it on me overnight,” stated an additional victim. This man, who asked to remain anonymous, claims Porter has done this more than three times.
“I violently woke up because I felt a hand go down my pants,” stated the victim.
That's where it stopped. The man kicked Porter out of his house. Porter had been over with several mutual friends following a night at the bar.
“It made me crazy for days and I really wanted to hunt Dejuan down and beat him to the pavement,” the victim told us.
Porter was a fixture at Harrisburg bars, often DJing at downtown clubs. According to this victim, Porter's sex assaults and attempted assaults became known in their midtown Harrisburg circle.
What he didn't know is that Dajuan has a history of sex assault, and burglary including while in prison in Maryland.
According to a LinkedIn account with Dajuan's picture it says he is currently unemployed, but did work at an investment banking firm in Harrisburg.
Now, Porter remains in jail unless he makes bail.
Police think there are more victims out there that have not filed charges, they urge anyone to come forward. The man we spoke with will testify against Dajuan for a friend of his who he says was sexually assaulted by him.
A Harrisburg man has been arrested after he performed several sex assaults on men while they slept in bed.
Dajuan Porter was arrested and charged for numerous incidents, and this is not the first time he has been arrested. The list of offenses is shocking.
On May 1, 2011, a Midtown Harrisburg man woke up to a man performing oral sex on him. The man had climbed a fire escape and forced his way into the home.
In April of 2012, another man reported that he went to the suspect’s home after a gathering and when he woke up later in the evening, the man was performing oral sex on him.
Then last month, a man went to a party and fell asleep after partying and drinking a little. He awoke in the early morning to a man performing oral sex on him.
Porter was taken into custody Wednesday morning and charged with three counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, three counts of sexual assault and burglary.
Porter has been arrested for similar crimes before. Last year, he was charged in Worcester County, Maryland for sexually assaulting his cell mate in prison while he was sleeping.
Porter has reportedly worked at various restaurants and as a disc jockey. According to police, 'he has been very social and quite active.'
It is believed that there may be a number of other victims in this case. Anyone who was a victim is to call police.
