Gilbert Arenas Tried To Purchase Illegal Guns & Silencers?!?
Washington Wizard’s Gilbert Arenas has found himself tangled up in a lawsuit, over the same guns that caught up Atlanta rapper T.I. As expected, he is asking a judge to dismiss the case. According to the source,
Back in April, California gun dealer Tactical Operations sued Arenas — claiming the gun-wielding baller bought five custom Beretta pistols and five silencers, but never picked ‘em up and racked up a $70,000 tab in storage fees. After being suspended for majority of the 2009-10 season for bringing a gun into the locker room, one would think Gilbert would not want to see another gun! Maybe that is the real reason, he never came to pick up his new toys.
Now, Arenas has moved to dismiss the dealer’s claims because the alleged agreement involved the sale of “‘silencers’ to a civilian,” which violates both California and federal law.
I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT TO SAY ABOUT THIS ONE! TUNE IN TO 3045 TV WE GOTTA TALK ABOUT THIS ONE! #LEMON

Lyfe Jennings Sentenced to Three and Half Years in Prison
“This will be my last post” Jennings wrote yesterday on his Twitter. “To everyone who gave me a chance I am forever in your debt. I have had a fabulous career because of you. All I can say in parting is that I have been honest with [ya\'ll]. I didn’t sugarcoat a word didn’t hold back a single [syllable] of my life from [ya\'ll]. I’ve lived a hundred lives in these 6 yrs so I not only won’t,I don’t have the right to complain. I would like to think that I’ve changed lives by changing my own, tho[ugh] I can’t be sure. But one thing I am sure of is God gives and takes away in measure. He is fair, just and forever. Amen from a man… Smile, its contageous:)”
In October 2008, the “Statistics” singer got into a heated confrontation with ex-girlfriend and mother of his children Joy Pound. Jennings reportedly kicked in the door of a house in Smyrna, Georgia, belonging to Jeff Kendrick, then fired rounds from a .40 caliber glock in the street according to police.
Jennings then fled the scene in his 2005 Corvette and according to his warrant allegedly refused to stop for officers when given audible and visual signs to do so. Driving in excess of 70 miles per hour, Jennings was eventually stopped and refused to take a sobriety test.
Booked at Cobb County Jail, the singer was charged with DUI test refusal, criminal trespassing, discharging a weapon near a street, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and fleeing or attempting to elude a police offer.
After being freed on $50,000 bond, Jennings released his fourth studio project 'I Still Believe,' August 31, 2010, the follow-up to his 2008's 'Lyfe Change.' The album is said to be his final offering.
The 13-disc track is what Lyfe considers a reflection of his “greatness.” Despite the personal and public trials in his life, Lyfe Jennings still believes in this love. “I keep a lot going on. It’s tragic; I think I have a horribly charmed life. But I think God puts me through stuff and keeps me there so I can talk about it.”
He carries these experiences into the album. “[The album] is about all kinds of relationships,” says Lyfe. “How we try to hold on sometimes for the sake of holding on. But, in reality, no matter how many breakups turn into make-ups, sooner or later we realize that this person is who they are and we need to let go. No grudges, no regrets. Just realization. Just acceptance. Just life.”
Jennings will hit the road in support of his reported final album, 'I Still Believe,' playing in clubs in major markets throughout the nation this fall.
A family member from BET spoke on his behalf as a character witness during sentencing. No word on when he will begin serving the time.

Young Buck Plans To Sue 50 Cent
Nashville rapper Young Buck is planning to sue for his freedom from the record label of rival 50 Cent. After The City Paper reported last night on the bankruptcy filing of the rapper, whose real name is David Darnell Brown, as well as details of the property seized in an Internal Revenue Service raid on his home earlier this month, bankruptcy attorney Lynda Jones sent the following statement:
“Mr. Brown intends to reorganize his debts and pay off the IRS in a timely manner through Chapter 13. We hope to secure the return of his personal property quickly. He will also be filing a lawsuit in the next 30-60 days against his former manager, G Unit label and Mr. Curtis Jackson. In a filing with Nashville’s U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Brown cited as a $5 million contingent his claim against Bruce Seckendorf, G Unit Inc., Curtis Jackson III and Michael Clervoix.

LeBron James Scoffs at Paternity Lawsuit
According to TMZ, a man claiming to be Miami Heat star Lebron James' father has filed a $4 million paternity lawsuit.
The basketball star has now asked the courts to dismiss the claim.
Leicester Bryce Stovell filed the lawsuit in Ohio court against James and his mother, Gloria, claiming fraud and defamation.
James' attorneys have asked a judge to dismiss the suit, labeling it "rank speculation.''
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, James' lawyers scoffed at
". . . a man who claims that as a 29-year-old lawyer he got a 15-year-old girl pregnant during a one-night stand and who never contributed a penny in child support would earn millions in commercial endorsements by crawling out of the woodwork after the child he never gave a thought to became an NBA star.''
The documents also note the results of a DNA test that show "0 percent probability of paternity.''
DAMN!! WHO WHO HAVE GUESSED IT?
