College Football Player Robs People Wearing His Football Jersey

Korey Harris, a sophomore defensive lineman, is no longer with the West Virginia football team following an arrest for first-degree armed robbery.

Harris was arrested last Friday for a July 12 home invasion, where Harris and two others entered a Morgantown home and held the residents at gun point while burglarizing the house. One tiny flaw in Harris’ plan: He was wearing his WVU-issued sweatpants with a #96 – his uniform number, as you can see above – on them. The three men got away with cash and electronics.
Harris is being held in North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $75,000. In April, head coach Dana Holgorsen announced that Harris was suspended from the team for spring semester.
Harris’ bio is no longer on West Virginia’s website and his name isn’t listed on the official roster. When asked about Harris, WVU’s director of football communications Mike Montoro told WBOY-TV, “We have no comment on individuals who aren’t with the West Virginia Football program.” The three-star Florida native played in 11 games last year as a true freshman, notching four tackles.
We have seen some dumb college football-related incidents so far this offseason – barking at a police dog and attempting a jail break with hedge trimmers, for example – but nothing that managed to mix the danger of armed robbery with the stupidity of wearing your uniform number during the crime quite like this.

Judge orders cops to return stripper’s $1 million IN CASH taken during traffic stop

A Nebraska judge ordered cops to return $1 million to a California stripper after the cash was confiscated during a traffic stop.
Tara Mishra, 33, of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., lost part of her her life savings in March 2012 after a couple she'd given it to for a new night club business was pulled over for speeding in North Platte, the Lincoln Journal Star reported.

Rajesh and Marina Dheri, who were ferrying the cash from California to New Jersey in a rented Mercedes SUV, allowed the state trooper to search the trunk, where he discovered ziplock bags full of bundled $100 bills and dryer sheets.
Mishra had been socking away the cash since she started stripping at 18, the newspaper said.

Suspecting it was drug money, troopers confiscated the loot, the car and arrested the Dheris.
Authorities eventually determined that the money was Mishra's, but said she had no right to it because she wasn't in the car when it was taken.

Mishra appeared at a trial with tax returns and documents proving she'd agree to invest in a New Jersey club with the Dheris.
She'd wrapped the cash in dryer sheets to mask its rank, barroom scent, she argued.
On Thursday, U.S. District Judge Joseph F. Bataillon ordered the cash returned to the former topless dancer, saying the government's suspicions about a drug connection "left too many unanswered questions."
"There is no nexus between the currency and any illegal activity," Bataillon said.

Nicki Files Restraining Order Against DJ Khaled After Proposal

Has DJ Khaled taken his infatuation with Nicki Minaj a step too far?
As everyone is quite aware of now, Khaled went on MTV Thursday to profess his undying love for Nicki, and even asked her to take his hand in marriage. With that proposal, Khaled whipped out a 10-karat diamond ring worth $500,000. But, despite his efforts, everyone was still left wondering--is this real?
According to HipHop365, Nicki found no endearment in Khaled's proposal, and actually saw it as just the latest move in a long list of questionable actions. He's sent her flowers several times, showed up at her shows all across the country, and has been overall overbearing. The Young Money rapper reportedly filed for a restraining order against Khaled in the state of New York.
Although, could both of these artists be staging this whole drama? YMCMB publicity stunts certainly aren't unheard of, as Nicki and Drake pretended to get married back in 2010 as a publicity stunt hoax.
Nicki still hasn't spoke publicly about the ordeal.

J.J. Redick's contract with groupie: $25,000 + 1YR relationship in exchange for abortion

Apparently, when Redick was a rookie in 2007, he and his then girlfriend (well known NBA lady friend Vanessa Lopez) had an abortion contract drawn up stating that Redick had to agree to maintain his relationship with Lopez if an abortion was to go though. He’d also pay her $25,000 bucks.

Yeah. You read that right. But just to be sure, read it again – I’ll wait.

Lopez is no stranger to the NBA spotlight as she’s been in legal battles with both Kenyon Martin and Shaquille O’Neal. Why NBA players continue to ‘date’ from the same pool, I have no idea.

Pic shows worker's genitals on bread

(CNN) -- Two Subway employees have been fired after getting fresh -- not in the way the restaurant chain intended -- including one who put his genitals on a loaf of bread, took a picture, then shared the image online.

The incident came to light over the past few days at a Subway franchise abutting a gas station in Dublin, Ohio.

Specifically, the uproar centers around two images that were posted to a social networking site and eventually picked up by other sites, including Gawker.

One shows a male putting his genitals on what appears to be a loaf of Subway bread. In the other, a hand is shown holding what used to be a water bottle that's half-filled with a cream-colored substance. Under it is the caption: "Today at work I froze my pee."

Using the slogan "Eat Fresh," Subway boasts being the world's largest restaurant chain, with about 38,000 locations in 100 countries. The company released a statement Tuesday about what it called an "isolated incident (that) is not representative of Subway sandwich artists," the latter term being what Subway calls those who make sandwiches at its restaurants.

"These actions are not tolerated and the franchisee took immediate action to terminate the two employees involved," Subway said.

Gilligan Oil, the company that owns and operates the Subway franchise in question, did not respond immediately Tuesday to CNN's request for comment.

But its director of operations, Bob Gierhart, did tell CNN affiliate WBNS that the restaurant was closed Monday so all its bread could be thrown out and all its surfaces could be sanitized.

"We do our best to hire properly," Gierhart said. "We had a couple of kids who don't understand the ramifications of what they do and what they post."

According to Columbus Public Health, whose inspectors routinely check on restaurants in the area, the Subway franchise did not have any critical violations in its last two inspections that took place this past March and in October 2012.

The restaurant did have violations before then, according to information posted online, though all of these were corrected at the time of the inspections. The violations included things like problems with temperatures at which foods were being held, unsafe food not being properly discarded and employees failing to properly wash their hands.

Prospective customers, meanwhile, expressed disgust after hearing of the employees' behavior.

"I think I want to go home and consider puking," Jason South told WBNS. "... Sometimes these things kind of go on in fast-food restaurants, and most of us just really don't want to know about it."

Patrick Gibson told the same station that he used to go to that Subway franchise because his co-workers told him it was "the cleanest one around." But that's hard for him to swallow now, nor does he understand why the offending employees did what they did.

"I don't get what the joke is," Gibson said. "I don't get that it's funny."

HSK Exclusive - Funkmaster Flex, and BFF Mister Cee could soon be put on blast. Know why? Because sources tell us former Hot97 FM New York City radio personality/reality star K. Foxx is thinking about writing a tell-all.
This, after we’re told K. Foxx was fired from the station, with K. Foxx believing if Funkmaster Flex had her back and spoke withprogram director Ebro Darden — before he gave her the boot over her spot on “Gossip Game” — she’d still have her radio gig.
Here’s the drop:
“K Foxx wants to tell everybody about Funk Master Flex and Mister Cee taking long lunch breaks together and Ebro turning his head the other way.
Flex’s wife is threatening to expose Flex and Mister Cee too! That’s why Flex gave her whatever she wanted during their divorce.”

Peeping Tom Hides Inside Toilet To Watch Women!!

An Oklahoma man recently got stuck where the sun literally doesn't shine -- a septic tank at a local park.

Kenneth Webster Enlow, 52, is accused of watching a woman and her 7-year-old daughter from underneath an outhouse at White Water Park in near the Keystone Dam, the Tulsa World reported.

The woman called police after seeing Enlow looking up at her, police said.

He was pulled out of the tank covered in human waste and hosed off by fire and rescue officials.

Enlow told police his girlfriend knocked him out with a tire iron and dumped him in the toilet -- a story authorities find hard to believe, Tulsa TV station KJRH reported.

He's now jailed on peeping Tom charges, but could face felony charges once prosecutors review the criminal complaint.

Man Charged After Throwing Semen On A Woman In Walmart

A Delaware man was arrested Tuesday after police say he followed a woman around a Walmart store and threw a handful of his own semen on her legs and buttocks.

Frank J. Short Jr., 22, was charged with harassment, disorderly conduct, lewdness and offenses touching of another with saliva, urine, feces or other bodily fluid, police documents obtained by the Smoking Gun show.

The incident began Tuesday afternoon, when the 20-year-old female victim stopped into a Walmart store in the town of New Castle. The woman told police she was standing in an aisle sending a text message when Short walked past her and said, “Excuse me.”

When he passed, the woman felt something wet on her buttocks and legs, and looked down to find what she described as a “glob” of fluid.

Fearing for her safety, the woman contacted store security, who called 911. When police arrived, they interviewed the woman and arrested Short, who was still milling about the store.

Questioned by the police, Short first stated that he had a cold and had simply “sneezed into his hands, then shook his hands off.” As their interview continued, however, Short changed his story, telling police he had spit into his hand and threw it at the woman while pretending to “slap her ass,” as he thought she was “hot.”

The police report concludes that Short threw his semen on the woman “because he was sexually attracted to her.”

Short, who has since been booked and released on bail from a Wilmington jail, also told police that he was a “loner,” and that he had gone to Walmart to “kill time.”

Florida Man Robs Gas Station Right After Filling Out Job Application

Here's one way to ensure that you won't get hired: rob the place where you're applying for a job. You did it again, Florida. When Anthony J. Thomas walked through the doors of Martin Oil in Ocala, Fla. Tuesday (July 9) morning, he wanted to kill two birds with one stone. The 33-year-old hit up the location at 10 a.m. and was caught on tape reaching into the cash register and stealing $130, right after filling out a job application. Thomas then ran away thinking he just got over on the system, and maybe picked up a new gig. He was wrong. Two pivotal mistakes landed the criminal behind bars. For one, he put all of his personal information on the application (just in case they needed to reach him, of course), secondly, his petty crime was done directly in front of  a camera (seriously who doesn't know that gas stations have video surveillance? They're always getting robbed.) Cops charged Thomas with petit theft, burglary,  and resisting arrest with violence. Needless to say, he's also wasn't hired. - See more at: http://hiphopwired.com/2013/07/11/florida-man-robs-gas-station-right-after-filling-out-job-application-video/#sthash.456wu9vA.dpuf
