Jay-Z's club in New York was shut down?! again?!
Hip hop star Jay-Z's club in New York was shut down one day after its celebrity studded relaunch for countless health-code violations.
The city's health department said it closed Club 40/40's restaurant on Thursday after inspectors found a number of problems which put diners at risk of food-borne illnesses.
The venue racked up a shocking 69 violations including failing to keep refrigerated food cold enough, not keeping hot foot hot enough, and letting workers prepare food with their bare hands.
A night earlier, the new father held an A-list party to reopen the exclusive club, which was closed for 10 months for a $10 million makeover.
It now faces the dreaded 'C' grade, The New York Post reported, which is the lowest grade for hygiene a restaurant can receive in the city.
The inspector found perishable food at dangerously warm temperatures inside a walk-in refrigerator and discovered “hot” food left out on the counter, Health Department sources told the Post.
Mack 10 Ordered To Pay Nearly $230,000 To Creditors, No-Show In Court
The West Coast emcee is ordered by the court to pay a hefty tab.
A judge has ordered Mack 10 to pay back two loans with extremely high interest.
Mack 10 made two deals; the first was to pay back a $35,000 loan from Tadayuki on April 24, 2010 with $70,000 by August 31, 2010 - 100% interest over the course of three months. The second was to pay back $130,000 on September 30 on a $65,000 loan obtained from Ito on April 28, 2010.
According to TMZ, California law prevents excessive interest on loans. However, the judge entered a default judgment in favor of Ito in the amount of $229,668.86 because Mack 10 failed to show up for court.
The figure includes interest and attorney's fees.
Mack 10 has been the subject of several lawsuits as of late, getting taken to court over unpaid studio time and for allegedly failing to pay producers for beats.

WOMAN WITH 2 VAGINAS OFFERED A MILLION TO DO PORN
A British woman who's become a celebrity in the U.K. because she was born with two fully formed vaginas may finally be able to cash in on her crotch ... TMZ has learned she's just been offered $1 MILLION to bone on camera.
Her name is Hazel Jones -- and the 27-year-old beauty has been making the media rounds across the pond to discuss "uterus didelphys" ... a condition which caused her to develop 2 sets of female reproductive organs. In other words, two vaginal canals with two openings.
Hazel recently told British tabloid The Sun that she's not shy about her condition -- insisting she and her husband have shown it off at sex clubs around the U.K.
Enter Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch ... who heard Hazel's story ... and immediately reached out to the woman with a MASSIVE offer to film her double hoo-hah in action.
In the letter, Hirsch writes, "You are obviously an extraordinary woman and I would like to make you an offer to star in an upcoming Vivid production. We would pay you up to $1 million for your services."
For the mathematically challenged, that's $500k per vagina.
To sweeten the deal, Hirsch says Jones can pick any XXX partner she wants in her movie -- adding, "We would fly you out to L.A. as soon as you are available and provide you with first class accommodations."

The singer died from complications related to leukemia, in a Riverside, California hospital.

She was later signed to Chess Records by Harvey Fuqua of The Moonglows, where she recorded classic sides like “Something’s Gotta Hold On Me,” “Tell Mama,” “All I Could Do Was Cry,” and her best known song, “At Last.”
Etta James’ career was turbulent at times, due to an addiction to a variety of drugs, including heroin, alcohol and prescription painkillers.
Etta James won her first of three Grammy awards in the 1990s and in 1993, she was inducted into the Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame.
“Three-time Grammy winner and Recording Academy Lifetime Achievement Award recipient Etta James leaves behind a dynamic legacy spanning six decades,” Recording Academy CEO Neil Portnow said. “Her music knew no boundaries as she explored diverse genres including blues, soul, R&B, rock and roll, gospel and jazz. Swizz Beatz's Megaupload Shut Down By The Feds
Earlier this week, the Hip-Hop world was shocked to learn super producer Swizz Beatz is the CEO of prominent Internet file-sharing service Megaupload.com. If having his cover blown wasn't enough to ruin Alicia Keys' hubby's workweek, today's news that the federal government shutdown the popular site and indicted many of his employees certainly should.
According to reports, the U.S. Department of Justice shut down Megaupload on Thursday (January 19) in an effort to stop online piracy. The federal indictment accuses Megaupload of being responsible for over $500 million in lost revenues as a result of unlawful file sharing. The shutdown is timely considering the recent Internet-wide buzz surrounding controversial anti-piracy legislation SOPA and PIPA that are currently up for consideration in the U.S. Congress.
In a statement released today, the U.S. Department of Justice described the takedown as "among the largest criminal copyright cases ever brought by the United States.” According to the statement, the site's executives will be charged with "racketeering conspiracy, conspiring to commit copyright infringement, conspiring to commit money laundering and two substantive counts of criminal copyright infringement."
The site's founder, Kim Dotcom (formerly Kim Schmitz), was reportedly arrested this afternoon in Auckland, New Zealand and will be charged along with several of his company's top executives for violating current Internet piracy laws.
Swizz is yet to comment publically on the charges and there is no indication that the prolific hitmaker has been arrested or indicted at this time.

ay-Z and Beyoncé’s baby, Blue Ivy Carter, hasn’t been on Earth for more than a week and is already being deemed satanic.
According to a sign in front of West End, North Carolina’s Beulah Baptist church, which was defaced by a vandal, Bey and Jay’s new bundle of joy is actually the devil incarnated. “Beyonce had her baby. Satan is on Earth,” the sign reads.
The pastor of the church, who insist his team had nothing to do with the apocalyptic message, tells TMZ he discovered the vandalism yesterday (January 9) after receiving numerous complaints from locals, and removed it immediately.

Warrant Issued for Arrest of Kid from Kid ‘n Play
Kid, from the group Kid ‘n Play, recently missed a hearing for a DUI arrest from 2010, according to TMZ. However, the rapper born Chris Reid, of the movie House Party fame, has told the site that his no-show was merely due to a lack of communication, and his lawyer is attempting to fix the issue.
This is not the first time that the 47-year-old has been in this situation. Back in July, he missed a similar date, and, as a result, was brought in to jail in August.
Over the weekend, Tyga, too, faced issues due to a driving incident. The Young Money rapper was pulled over and arrested in Las Vegas when, during a routine traffic stop, it was revealed that there was a warrant out for his arrest for four other traffic violations. —Adam Fleischer

Common Drops New Diss Record Directed Towards Drake
Despite the fact that the Rick Ross’ Rich Forever was undoubtably the most downloaded mixtape last week, many hip-hop fans have paid closer attention to the Drake verse that was seemingly directed at Chicago rapper Common on the French Montana assisted, “Stay Schemin’” track.
Although Drake didn’t say Common’s name, Common has already replied with a diss record over the same beat and has specifically called out Drake for his use of singing during his raps and the sensitive nature of some of his songs.
“My motto is Chicago b**ch, everybody know you’re sweet, what the problem is? / Don’t play dumb, I’m the one that acknowledged it, son of a b**ch I imagine what you father is/She said how you make your oppponent?/The rapper of the moment, the style he don’t own it…
And later Common raps:
Can’t say a ni**a name but you rap about a ni**as wife, you sho’ black and white tryna live a ni**a’s life/I’m taking too long with this amateur guy, you aint wet nobody ni**a, you Canada Dry. “
While the nature of the beef is unclear, some speculate that it could be centered around professional tennis star Serena Williams, who is rumored to have been involved with both artists.
“Soft ni**a, make no mistake, I’m taking to Drake,” Common concluded.
To make matters worse for Drake, Common concluded the song with Destiny Child’s song, “Say My Name” repeating in the background of the track.
Drake has not yet replied on Twitter or in any interviews as of press time.

ANGELA & VANESSA SIMMONS OWE THE IRS HALF A MILLION DOLLARS! #IRSGANGSTA
The celebutante daughters of Run-DMC beat master Rev. Run appear to be deadbeats when it comes to taxes.
Vanessa and Angela Simmons, made famous by four seasons of “Run’s House” on MTV, owe nearly a half million dollars in back taxes, according to the Detroit News’ Tax Watchdog column.
Angela Simmons, 24, owes a whopping $225,910 based on liens filed by Uncle Sam in New York and by state officials in Sacramento, Calif., the newspaper reported.
Vanessa, 28, is behind to the tune of $224,568 according to similar filings, Tax Watchdog said.
A publicist for the hip-hop princesses did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The sisters recently told Jet magazine they hoped to turn their Pastry Footwear line into a fashion empire after studying the success of the Phat Farm and Baby Phat lines launched by their uncle Russell Simmons and his ex-wife Kimora Lee.
They called their reality TV fame a mixed blessing.
“The best is being able to inspire young people who look up to us to star their own business. The negative is feeling like you’re always being judged,” Angela Simmons told Jet.
