Lil Wayne - Banned from Booze for 3 Years
The documents -- which became effective today -- clearly state that Wayne "may not consume or drink any substance containing alcohol" as long as he's on probation ... for the next 36 months.
Wayne is also prohibited from knowingly associating with any person engaged in criminal activity or any person with a criminal record without prior written approval from the probation department.
And Wayne cannot possess illegal drugs, toxic vapors or controlled substances.
He's also required to submit to drug and alcohol testing, per the probation dept.
If Wayne violates any of the terms of his probation -- he could be sent to prison to serve out the remainder of his term.
UH.....DONT THINK ITS THE BOOZE THEY HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT.....

Lil Wayne’s Final Letter From Jail: The End of a Long Journey
Hello world! My world! Our world!As I greet you all in my last days on this island, I must reflect. I think back to when I first arrived and I had no clue of what I’d be experiencing. I was never scared, worried, nor bothered by the situation. For that, I thank God, my family, and you, my amazing fans. I prayed for you all every night, as I’m aware that I was in your prayers as well. The very first day that I received mail, it was about 300 pieces or more! I smiled like a child of Christmas. But when I began to read them, my heart smiled. I laughed with some of you, reasoned with some of you, and even cried with some of you. I responded to as many of you that time would allow. I plan to keep reading and responding after my release. I thank you all for being so very supportive, as I never imagined how much impact my words and life can have. With this knowledge, I vow to continue to be me! For you have assured time that I don’t have to change for no one but God. I will be the same Martian I was when I left, just better. Gucci Mane Has Been Once Again Arrested

This time he is charged with driving on the wrong side of the road, running a red light or stop sign, damage to government property, obstruction, no license, no proof of insurance and other traffic charges, according to APD spokesman Curtis Davenport.Officers who arrested Mane, who is also known as Radric Davis, Tuesday had to use pepper spray to subdue him after he wouldn’t stop fighting with an unnamed person. He was taken first to Grady Memorial Hospital to be checked before being transported to the Fulton County Jail.

T.I.’s LA Drug Charges Have Been Dropped
T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris, and his wife, "Tiny" Tameka Cottle, were arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop on Sunset Boulevard in September.
The arrest and a failed drug test the next day resulted in a federal judge in Georgia ordering the rapper back to prison for 11 months for violating his probation from a weapons conviction.
Harris. 29, must turn himself in next week to begin serving his prison term next week.
Defense lawyer Steve Sadow told CNN the decision to drop the charges was "the right thing to do under the circumstances."
"Both his Los Angeles defense attorney, Blair Berk, and myself commend the Los Angeles district attorney's office for exercising its discretion to reject prosecution in light of the legal and factual issues involved," Sadow said.
It was not immediately clear if charges against Cottle, 35, will be pursued.
