That’s because sources exclusively tell HSK the Bad Boy Records founder provides his close staff members, girlfriends, and jump offs with bugged BlackBerry smart phones – tapped with programs enabling him to listen in on their live phone calls and retrieve voice mail messages with no one wise to the surveillance.

We’re told that’s why Puffy is often seen wearing a headpiece in studio – eavesdropping on both his employees’ and ladies’ personal conversations.
