YouTube Removes Rapper Lil Poopy Video Due To Child Services

Less than three days after Brockton, Massachusetts police filed for a Department of Children and Families investigation of Luis Rivera “Lil Poopy” Jr.’s material, one of the nine-year old rapper’s videos has been removed from YouTube.
The video, entitled “Lil Poopy getting it in” contained Poopy Jr’ in sexually suggestive situations with women in a nightclub.
YouTube initially simply gave the video a content warning reading ““This video may be inappropriate for some users” along with age verification late Tuesday (Feb 26) afternoon.
According to Brockton newspaper The Enterprise, shortly after an email they sent to YouTube about the video’s content warning is when the video hosting site took the video down.
The details of the video included French Montana’s protegé being vocally encouraged to slap a woman’s butt by surrounding adults while the woman s bent over in front of him. In another part of the video a woman is seen gyrating on the nine-year old MC.
On Monday (February 25), Poopy’s father, Luis Rivera’s lawyer  Joseph Krowski Jr called the video “urban authentic” and “well done” while denying any criminality.
In an odd twist of logic, Poopy’s most viewed video is “Pop That Remix Lil Poopy” at a current total of 428,933 views and involves Lil Poopy slapping a woman’s butt as well.
“Lil Poopy getting it in” had under 10,000 views by the time it was removed from YouTube.

Walmart employee charged with theft of $1,000 dollars worth of Oreos #LEMON

A 63-year-old Walmart employee in Indiana has been fired and charged with a felony for stealing some Oreos.

Not just some, but a lot of Oreos — for years.

Penny Winters is her name, and she worked for the company for 8 years making $11.40 an hour.

She was caught on surveillance camera eating a pack of Oreos that she allegedly hadn’t paid for.

After the company interrogated her, Penny cracked. She admitted to stealing a package of Oreos once, sometimes twice a week for the past 5 years.

Do the math, that’s at least $1,000 in cookies.

Winters told police that she simply couldn’t afford to pay for her favorite snack.

If convicted, this grandmother could face jail time.

Brooklyn Man Sues Parents For Not Loving Him?!

In a lawsuit, Bernard Anderson Bey (pictured) is demanding that his parents pay him the hefty sum of $200,000 because he felt unloved and abandoned by them, which allegedly caused him to become homeless and destitute, reports the New York Post.
The 32-year-old claims in the bizarre Brooklyn Supreme Court-filed document that his stepfather, Bernard Manley, beat him, used abusive language that degraded him, and did drugs in front of him as a child growing up.
Bey now wants Bernard and Mother Vicki to mortgage their share of the family-owned run-down Bedford-Stuyvesant brownstone and buy two Domino’s Pizza franchises so that he and his siblings can be employed.
Each parent owns 1/8 of a share of the brownstone.
The young wannabee entrepreneur told the New York Post, Our whole family is really poor, and my father doesnt care about the situation,” Bey said on Wednesday. “I feel unloved and abandoned.

Manley, who appeared angered by his stepson’s lawsuit, told the penniless plaintiff that he is entitled to zilch. Still, Bey does not disagree with his stepfathers retort, telling the New York Post, “I am not entitled to receive anything from an asset he owns. I only thought he might find pleasure in seeing his children become successful.
In defense, Manley said Bey was his stepson and dismissed the suit, “He’s not related to me. He’s not my son, Manley contends.

Vicki, who now lives in a housing project in the crime-ridden Bushwick section of Brooklyn, admitted to the New York Post that she was afraid of her eldest child, Bey. “I live in the projects. You want to sue me? What’s next, you coming to shoot up my door?” the Mother lamented. “He’s 32 years old. That speaks for itself. Welcome to America. Everyone in America has the same opportunity. Don’t blame the parents at this point. The choice is yours. You’re an adult.”

Bey claims that each of his five siblings are on public assistance because of their parent’s negligence and the way in which they were raised.
One of Bey’s sisters accuses her brother of being not in his right mind, calling him delusional and a liar stating, I’m not on public assistance. My parents were not terrible. They did the best they could. He chose the life he’s leading now, the unidentified sibling told the New York Post.
Bey, who has a long drug-related rap sheet and who has tried his suing-the-parents court shenanigans before has a life goal of becoming a record mogul but for now, he is studying to become an auto mechanic.

Ja Rule Released From Prison But Will Go Directly Into Federal Custody For Tax Evasion

Its a bitter sweet morning for Ja Rule. The Platinum selling and Grammy nominated rapper was released from an upstate New York prison today morning around 9.30 am after serving most of his 2 year sentence for illegal gun possession.

But the bad news is that hell go directly into federal custody to complete a sentence for tax evasion. The two sentences were running concurrently and he still has some time left to do in his 28-month sentence for tax evasion. However, his defense attorney Stacey Richman told AP that he may have less than six months left and may be eligible for a halfway house.

Quote:

I in no way attempted to deceive the government or do anything illegal, he told the judge. I was a young man who made a lot of money Im getting a little choked up I didnt know how to deal with these finances, and I didnt have people to guide me, so I made mistakes.

NBA Says There Is "No Truth" To Lil Wayne Being Banned From NBA Events

Lil Wayne made some pretty heavy claims this past weekend before he went on a rant that has now since gone viral. Weezy's tirade occurred at the Beats By Dre party in Houston, TX after the NBA All-Star Game where the rapper claimed he had been banned from all NBA events courtesy of the Miami Heat. Wayne was escorted out of the American Airlines Arena last week after allegedly making a threatening gesture towards a fan. The Grammy Award-winning rapper claims that the defending NBA Champions made sure he was banned from all NBA events. Wayne went on to claim that he slept with Chris Bosh's wife before performing his latest single "Love Me." Now the National Basketball Association is stating that Wayne's remarks about the league and it's defending champions are simply untrue. According to TMZ, NBA Senior Director of Basketball Communications Mark Broussard says that there is "no truth at all" to the claims Weezy made during the performance in Houston over the weekend. The NBA also went on to say that Tunechi was not asked to leave the Heat/Lakers game last week, and the multi-platinum rapper left voluntarily. Awkward. Wayne remained adamant about his claims, while Bosh's family nor the Heat organization refused to officially comment on the situation. However, reigning NBA MVP LeBron James left this cryptic Tweegram on his Instagram page stating: "Just know that when you're hot, something cold will try to ignite themselves off of you to try to stay relevant," James wrote. "Don't even engage! Don't look backwards. Push forward."
